Please note: All our prices for the USA exclude UK taxes (value added tax) this is only applicable to where we post to addresses in the USA, if your shipment is to an address in the UK we will need to add VAT to your order, which in the UK is rated at
20% and we will contact you about this via an email after your order has been received. Any import duties that local US Authorities wish to impose are the responsibility of the customer and Ennia Lingerie do not carry any liability for this.

How to order online
Shop throughout our online store and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. You may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely, at any time. When you have completed all of your shopping, go checkout and simply fill out and submit the online order form including your credit card number and expiration date. You will need to supply billing address and confirmation of your shipping address. Shipping charges will be listed before your final checkout. You will then receive an Order Confirmation Number to which you can refer to for tracking purposes. Please include your landline number and an optional mobile phone number so that we can contact you with any questions regarding your order if necessary.

Stock Availability:
All items in our main catalogue are available (special sale items which are discontinued lines do have limited stock availability); however there may be times when we have to wait for deliveries to arrive from Spain in order to fulfil your order, this takes place on a frequent basis. We will notify you by email if we need to back-order your item(s), or if there will any delay to your order, back-orders take between 1 to 2 weeks to arrive, if this is the case with your order, you then have the right to cancel if you wish and a full refund will take place against the original card you used to make the purchase. We will email you the details of despatch immediately your order has been sent.
