Information on postal rates for the USA, UK, Europe & International posting
When you Shop Online with us you will be prompted at the checkout to select a postal option, these are detailed below. We often subsidise the cost of postage with any lingerie online order that you make with us. The rates shown below are all flat rates regardless of weight. We will not accept responsibility for losses occurred in the Royal Mail Postal system, if your shipment is not received within 7 days of our Shipment Advice email, then please let us know immediately and we will attempt to assist you in locating the shipment. Please Note: The Free shipping option DOES NOT provide any facilty for 'track and trace' or any insurance, insured and tracking options are available and full insurance can be taken, for details please the list / options below. We strongly recommend Option 4 for all orders.
Discreet Packaging Guaranteed - All Lingerie is gift boxed and then placed into a hard case postal box, there is no indication whatsoever as to its contents on the outside of the box!!
Duties and taxes: all products on the USA side of our website are tax free on all deliveries into USA addresses. If you live in the EU and order in US$ we will have to charge an additional amount for VAT (Value Added Tax) at the prevailing rate set by HM Customs and Excise which 20%. If you live in the EU then you should place your order from the EU side of our website which is all priced in Euros and with VAT included.
Ennia Lingerie USA are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be levied on arrival into the USA as this out of our control, all our packages sent to the USA do not have anything on the outside that indicates that Lingerie is inside the package which minimises the risk, packages are often opened to check so we cannot be held responsible if charges are made by your state or local authorities on your order. Deliveries to the USA
We recommend you use OPTION 4, especially if it is a high value order, DHL operate a highly efficient service which is more reliable than normal air mail serves. Its important to have full insurance for piece of mind, this ensures your good are covered properly if a claim becomes necessary. If you do not use an option with proper insurance cover then Ennia Lingerie USA cannot take any responsibility if the parcel is lost en-route in the event of a claim being made. The basic cover insures your goods for $68. All Options will require a signature on delivery.
