CREDIT CARD PROCESSING: 

When you Shop Online with us you can rest assured everything is secure and private.  We operate the 128-bit S.S.L. encrypted security system for all on line transactions. Users should have Internet Explorer 5.0 or above, Netscape 4.5 or above, in order to access our payment gateway. Please note that we use use extensive manual and automatic procedures relating to the control and elimination of credit card fraud, this is thoroughly checked on all orders.

Customers are advised that we record all IP addresses of each order and this is stored on our orders database, these are only referred to in the event of any credit card fraud that may have taken place. We reserve the right to verify the billing address of the card being used and we may contact the cardholder directly to do this. We may also ask for further evidence of identification such as sending to us a faxed copy of both sides of the credit card and/or your driving licence, or a utility bill and this will need to be supplied within a 24 hour period. We also use an address verification system against the order placed and therefore PO Box numbers that have been used for a billing address will be rejected during checkout. If for any reason we are not satisfied we reserve the right to reject the order if the above information is not forthcoming, the original credit card used for the transaction will then be fully refunded.   Please note: we do not have the ability to store or retain on our system or database any details of your payment card that you have used.

PAYMENT METHODS:

We take the following credit cards and we accept the following :- Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, JCB, we also accept payment via the PayPal system and this option is shown on the last payment page of our website (Follow the checkout process).  Alternatively, we can also take credit card payments, or you may make payment electronically to our bank, or a personal cheque (this requires 7 days to clear), or a bankers draft cheque. Please note, due to the nature of our secure payment system, your credit card is authorized at the point of sale. Your card will then be billed within 5 days of authorisation. The name that will be shown on your credit card statement when you Shop Online with us will be: - EFD (Ennia)
