We operate the 256-bit S.S.L. encrypted security system for all on line payment transactions and this operates in a completely secure environment, you will see a padlock logo in your Browser page and this is normally located at the top of the Browser bar.  In addition we also use the Geotrust secure system, you can click to verify on the logo at the bottom of every page on our website and this ensures full security encryption during your shopping experience with us.

Our website is compatible with all current Web Browsers and SmartPhones. Please note that we use extensive manual and automatic procedures relating to the control and elimination of credit card fraud. Customers are advised that we record all IP addresses on our orders database and that these are only referred to in the event of any credit card fraud that may have taken place. We reserve the right to verify the billing address of the card being used and we may contact the cardholder directly to do this. We may also ask for further evidence of identification such as a faxed copy of both sides of the credit card and/or your driving licence. We also use an address verification system against the order placed and therefore PO Box numbers used for a billing address are likely to be rejected.

Please note: we do not have the ability to store or retain on our system or database any details of your payment card that you have used.

Currently we accept the following credit cards: Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard, JCB and Delta cards.  Please note we no longer take American Express or Diners Club cards, the commission charges being applied are simply to high for the Merchant.  Alternatively, we can also take credit card payments via the Phone as we are happy to call you to do this, simply email us at customercare@ennialingerie.com or another method of payment is via the PayPal system as this option is shown on the last payment page of our website.

Please note that your purchases with us will appear on your credit card statements as European Fashion Dynamics Ltd  (EFD, Ennia)

PAYMENT INFORMATION: Please note, due to the nature of our secure payment system, your credit card is authorized at the point of sale. Your card will then be billed within 5 days of authorisation.
