We currently run a
generous customer incentive loyalty scheme, in the first instance on the creation of
your account with us we offer a 1st order discount voucher of
$20, providing your order is $100 or more, this is
allocated to your account and will show at the checkout where you should then
click on the redeem
button
in order to reduce your order total. Then depending on the
value of your order we also offer an on-going rewards scheme based on the value
of your purchase.
The customer loyalty program operates on the
basis of the value of your order and the
purchase threshold levels as set out below,
so each purchase you make is recorded and we
send you a discount reward voucher which is
issued at the time of dispatch of your order
and is based on the total value of your
purchase order history, each voucher lasts
for 6 months so you can build up many
vouchers on your account to use in the
future for yourself or friends as you so
wish as you earn a voucher every time you
shop with us.
Currently we are providing all customers with a 10% loyalty reward
discount voucher which is posted / assigned to your account when we dispatch
your order, this voucher lasts for 3 months.

Promotion
codes and special offers
You may also be in
possession of a special promotional or voucher code which can also be redeemed
at the point of checkout, so please remember enter the promotion code in the
appropriate field which is marked 'Promo/Voucher' code then just click on the 'USE CODE"
button during the checkout and the system will then deduct the value
of this code from your order
by the value of the offer, e.g.
5%, 10% off etc.

1. You cannot combine / redeem both a promotional voucher code and your automatic
sign-up reward voucher jointly together at the same time.
2. Please note your 1st customer order discount voucher offer of
$20
can only be applied if your total order is a value of $100 or more
(excl. postage). The 1st
time $20 discount sign-up voucher can
only be redeemed once against your 1st order with us.

Save 25%
on your next purchase with our 'Introduce a
friend scheme'
You need to have bought from us once before,
then if you refer a friend to Ennia Lingerie
and they spend $100 or more with us then
you will receive a single 25% off discount reward
voucher for your use against any purchase
of any product on our website.
This voucher will be emailed to you
and also assigned to your user account. We will
also issue
you with a discount voucher for every friend
you refer, so multiple referrals, means
multiple discount vouchers saving you money
on each purchase! Each
25% discount voucher issued lasts for 3 months.
How does it work ?
All you need to do is let us know
via email the full name of the person you
are recommending together with the
suburb/town/city where they live and then
put the words 'ENNIA FRIEND' in the
subject of your email, then as soon your
friend
makes a purchase from us will email
you to let you know that the 25% discount voucher has been set up
for you. This voucher will
automatically show up at the stage of
checkout where you will need to click on the
'redeem me'
button and this will adjust the value of
