I'm really impressed with the service. You have gone out of your way to
supply me with alternatives and I'm really happy with the results! I'm
really pleased with your customer service,( and take it from me, that's
a real complement because I come from a top brand fashion-retail
management background, and customer service is my speciality)!!
Unfortunately, in today's current climate, good customer service has
largely gone out of the window as many companies have now grown so large
that they are completely out of touch with their customers altogether.
My new undies arrived in excellent time, (I also placed an order with La
Senza on Tuesday of this week and I know through experience that I won't
get those till the middle of next week)! Keep up the good work, you'll
be getting more of my custom and I'll have no hesitation in recommending
you to friends and family!!

I've had the
pleasure of wearing my "Tanya" bra on the weekend and was quite
impressed. So much so, that I'm wondering if you have the Joanna
available in my size (16C) in the half padded bra, then I will have the
set of Joanna as well. Trevor and I think that we'll stick with Ennia
for my underwear. Your service and your product is exceptional.

Wowww Roger Im somewhat speechless (well almost) but quite
sincerely huge thanks to you both, youre right in that we will
revisit you again as both Marion and I believe you folks offer
superb lingerie. Youre most likely blessed in theres not a lot of
competition for quality and classy lingerie, for what we have
noticed is theres an awful lot of rubbish out there. Marion has
told me on numerous occasions that the Ennia product is extremely
comfortable to wear as well as being incredibly sexy, this
collectively adds up to complete customer satisfaction, its
impressive.

I received the items and I really like
them. They are very beautiful and are much more detailed then
the undergarments you find here. You can tell the lace is good
quality. Both the bras and panties fit good. I noticed that
there is more lace on the panties and covers a bit more then
other ones I have. The boxes are a nice touch, it feels like a
present. Over all I am very happy with my purchase and I have to
say your company and you as a representative for them have gone
out of your way to make me feel welcome as a new customer. I am
glad I found your company on the web. Are there any plans to
expand in stores in the states? I think your product would sell
better if you try them, see the quality to understand the
price.
